1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer’s packaging with all factory seals intact.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our official website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested.

Products that arrive without the original manufacturer’s cellophane or seal.

Sale or promotional items, unless they were delivered defective.
3. Anti-Fraud & Authenticity Safeguards
Because counterfeit perfumes are common in the market, we apply strict quality and authenticity checks before approving any return.
To protect both our customers and our business, please note the following safeguards:

Manufacturer’s Seal Verification: Returned products must have their original manufacturer seal and cellophane wrapping intact. Items with broken or replaced seals cannot be accepted.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

5. Refunds

6. Exchanges
