We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help — fairly and securely.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original manufacturer’s packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from our official website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, or tested.

  • Products that arrive without the original manufacturer’s cellophane or seal.

  • Sale or promotional items, unless they were delivered defective.

3. Anti-Fraud & Authenticity Safeguards

Because counterfeit perfumes are common in the market, we apply strict quality and authenticity checks before approving any return.
To protect both our customers and our business, please note the following safeguards:

  • Manufacturer’s Seal Verification: Returned products must have their original manufacturer seal and cellophane wrapping intact. Items with broken or replaced seals cannot be accepted.

  • Photo Requirement: Before sending a return, customers must share clear photos of the product, its seal, packaging, and order invoice via WhatsApp (+2348078599541) or email (scentsavenueng@gmail.com).

  • Batch Code Check: Returned items are verified against internal batch codes and supplier records to confirm authenticity and match the original order.

  • Condition Inspection: All returned items undergo a thorough visual and physical inspection before any refund or exchange is processed.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges if a product shows any sign of tampering, substitution, or cannot be authenticated.

  • Evidence Record: For transparency, we may document the inspection process with photos or short videos as part of our quality assurance.

These measures help ensure that every Scents Avenue customer receives only genuine, factory-sealed fragrances.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and required photos for review.

  3. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after a returned item passes authenticity and condition inspection.

  • Refunds are made only to the original payment method.

  • If a return fails inspection, we’ll notify you with the reason and can return the product to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

If you received the wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.
